What are 'acne-causing' bacteria?
Great question! Snoozy's Silver Ion Technology works to eliminate two primary types of bacteria, Cutibacterium acnes (C. acnes) [1] and Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) [2]
Both of these bacteria have been linked to acne vulgaris (common acne), which causes pimples, inflamed skin, clogged pores, red papules and nodes. [3] [4]

Is it ethically made and not tested on animals?
Yes, all our products are ethically made (Oeko-Tex® certified) and are not tested on animals.
Whereas traditional silk production involves boiling silkworm cocoons with the larvae still inside, which kills them and raises significant ethical concerns. Switching to vegan silk avoids this cruelty, aligning with more ethical and sustainable practices.
Is it sustainable?
To produce 1 kilo of silk, 6.000 liters of water is needed. And when it comes to cotton, 20.000 liters of water is used for just 1 kilo.
Whereas to produce 1 kilo of vegan silk, 200 times less water is used. Making it much more sustainable and better for the environment. We strive to minimize the impact on the environment with our brand. We are 100% safe and certified. We have passed all SGS tests, and inspections and our products are OEKO-Tex certified.
What is it OEKO-Tex?
STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® is a certification meaning that all products are tested and approved to support ecological safety and non-toxic substances are used.
Why should I change to vegan silk?
If you want to achieve healthier skin, then the first step to take is switching from cotton to silk. Sleeping on our Skin Savior™ contributes to clean, glowing, and healthy skin. Additionally, our vegan silk is a more sustainable and environmentally friendly option, reducing water usage and minimizing environmental impact compared to traditional silk production.
