About the Snoozy Collective Membership
Snoozy Collective is a monthly membership program designed to give you exclusive access to better prices, curated perks, and priority treatment. As a member, you receive an automatic 20% discount on all future orders. Your discount is automatically applied at checkout when you enter your email address in the contact section, provided your membership is active. This offer does not apply to your initial membership order but starts immediately after.
To become a member, you must be 18 years or older. Snoozy Collective members also get early access to new colors, restocks, and limited edition drops before they’re available to the public. You’ll be first in line for exclusive offers, product launches, and special gifts. Read more here.
The program is for private individuals only. Your membership, discounts, and benefits are non-transferable and cannot be used for resale purposes. We reserve the right to terminate any membership suspected of abuse or misuse. The membership fee is $19 every 28 days and grants continuous access to all benefits until the membership is canceled.
Accepting Subscription Terms
By giving your consent to the subscription terms applicable on snoozysleeps.com, you allow Keev Commerce, LLC to withdraw the stated membership fee periodically, until you choose to end your subscription. After placing your first order, your 14-day trial begins. This trial starts the day your product is shipped—not when you place the order. If you do not cancel within this 14-day trial, your subscription will automatically continue and your first membership payment will be charged after the trial ends.

Children Below 18 Years
When becoming a member of Snoozy Collective, you must confirm that you are over 18 years old. If you are under 18, the subscription must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian may cancel the agreement at any time if the signee is found to be a minor.
Membership Payment
Your Snoozy Collective subscription is paid continuously. It renews automatically to ensure uninterrupted access, until you choose to cancel.
Your registration becomes legally binding once you place your order and activate the membership. As a member and cardholder, you’re required to pay the membership fee until cancellation.
You are responsible for paying the membership from the agreed start date. If you withdraw from the agreement, you are still liable for any portion of the service already delivered. This is calculated proportionately, based on the period during which Snoozy has provided membership benefits.
You have the burden of proving that you exercised the right to cancellation if any doubt arises later.
Please note, that you cannot terminate your membership by refusing the payment or through chargeback. In the case of unpaid/overdue invoices, Snoozy reserves the right to withdraw the amount at later stage along with updating the payment information, if the missing payment is due to expired payment information. As a final consequence, Snoozy also reserves the right to use partners (e.g. debt collectors) for the payment recovery.
All transactions on snoozysleeps.com are to be made via credit card payments (Visa, American Express, MasterCard). All payment expenses are incurred by Keev Commerce, LLC, and are hereby accounted for in product prices and membership costs displayed on the website. Termination of Membership and Legally Binding Period
You can terminate your membership at any time by emailing us at hello@snoozysleeps.com. We typically respond within 24 hours on weekdays. The termination will be effective at the end of the current membership period. The only exception is during the first 24 hours of your membership, when cancellation is temporarily locked due to order processing. After that, you’re free to cancel anytime.
Please note, that if you have an ongoing order, your membership cannot be terminated until the order has been sent. This usually happens within 24 hours. Please try again after your order has been shipped.
To terminate your membership, reach out to our customer service at hello@snoozysleeps.com. If you terminate your membership, you will still have access to the benefits of the membership until it expires. After a membership has been cancelled, money will not be withdrawn from your account unless you choose to reactivate your membership.
Trial & Cancellation Rights
Your Snoozy Collective subscription includes a legally endorsed 14-day right to cancellation. This means your cancellation window expires 14 days after entering into the agreement. Your right to cancel begins on the day of your signup—not when the first payment is charged.
If you cancel after the 14-day period, the $19 membership fee will be charged and your membership will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
If you’ve placed an order using member benefits—such as the discounted welcome gift or exclusive pricing—and later cancel or request a refund, the value of those benefits may be deducted from your refund. This ensures fair use of the program for all members.
If you cancel while you have an unshipped order, your membership remains active until the order has been fulfilled. This usually takes less than 24 hours.
In the event of any dispute around cancellation timing or eligibility, you are responsible for providing proof that a valid cancellation request was submitted within the 14-day period.
Membership Gift Terms
New Snoozy Collective members are eligible to receive our best-selling Skin Savior™ Silk Sleep Mask at a special member price of $4.50 (regular price $45). This exclusive gift is available only to active members and limited to one per person.
If your membership is cancelled shortly after receiving the gift—or you request a refund on the order containing it—the full discount value ($40.50) will be deducted from any refund issued. This ensures the gift remains a benefit reserved for active members.
The welcome gift cannot be exchanged, returned separately, or converted to cash.
Consumer Rights
These terms do not affect your statutory rights. Snoozy Collective memberships are governed by U.S. law. If you live outside the United States, your local consumer protection laws may apply in addition.
